An Automotive Main Car Dealership in the Grays area is seeking a high-performing Service Advisor to join their busy Service Department.
The role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £28,000 plus bonuses, with realistic overall earnings of around £38,000 per annum.
Candidates should have prior experience in a Service Advisor role, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with Motor Dealership Database Software.
The position involves communicating with customers about service work, producing job cards, and advising on repair costs and timelines.
Working hours are weekdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a Saturday rota of 1 in 3 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Main Car Dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Grays area.Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.Benefits within this Service Advisor role include:

Competitive Basic Salary of up to £28,000 + bonus with a realistic overall earning of £38,000 p.a.
Bonus Opportunity offers a minimum of £500 per month however they have Service Advisors earning over £1000 bonus each month, this is based on Upsell, Individual bonus on Labour sales against CSI score.
£25 per service plan earnt – an average of 10 per month sold.
Systems Used: Kerridge & Onelink.
Weekdays Hours are 8:00AM to 6:00PM.
The Saturday Rota is 1 in 3, 8:00AM to 2:00PM.
Staff discounts on vehicle servicing and products.

Their minimum requirements for a Service Advisor are as follows:

A working experience within a Service Advisor role
The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software

As a Service Advisor with our Client you will be expected to:

Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Prepare and complete Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires
