- Competitive Basic Salary of £25,000 - £26,000 p.a.

- Assist customers in booking service appointments and keeping them informed of progress.
- Ensure customer concerns are understood and communicated effectively to the workshop team.
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle’s service or repair.
- Manage the handover of courtesy cars to customers, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain an effective fleet of courtesy cars, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and ready for use.
- Handle customer feedback, aiming to resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with the service team and technicians to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the Service Department in any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
