About the Role:As the Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining high visual and commercial standards. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone confident in leadership and comfortable with high levels of direction.
What We’re Looking For:- Experience in women’s fashion retail, with management or supervisory experience in a larger store environment.- A strong focus on customer service and team leadership.- Visual merchandising skills and confidence in working with commercial data.- The ability to thrive under direction and in a fast-paced environment.
