GSL is looking for a dynamic Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team and bring energy, enthusiasm, and athletic expertise to our school community. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with students, supporting both their academic and physical development and contributing to a vibrant learning environment.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting PE Lessons: Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging PE lessons, working closely with PE staff to provide guidance and encouragement to students.

Mentoring Students: Serve as a role model, offering mentorship and support to students in both academic and athletic settings. Encourage positive attitudes toward fitness, teamwork, and personal growth.

Leading Extracurricular Activities: Help organize and run sports clubs, teams, and after-school activities, fostering a love for sports and encouraging active participation.

Classroom Assistance: Support teaching staff across subjects when required, helping students with their learning and providing additional support in classroom activities.

Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of school sports events, competitions, and tournaments, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.

Individual Support: Work one-on-one with students who may benefit from additional support, helping them develop confidence and resilience through sports and academics.
Qualifications

Sports Degree: A recent degree in sports science, physical education, or a related field is essential.
