Assistant IT Field Engineer
Location: Grays, Essex
Salary: 25,500 per annum

We are seeking a motivated and organised Assistant IT Field Engineer. You will be supporting the Field Engineer with installing and maintaining network and tech systems. The ideal candidate will be able to drive, will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Field Engineer with daily tasks and projects.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and site visits.
- Maintain and update documentation, including network diagrams and project plans.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on service requests.
- Manage inventory of network equipment and supplies.
