We are recruiting for a Shift Process Operator to join our team at our West Thurrock chemical plant. In this crucial role, you will oversee the production process, ensuring the facility runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor process conditions and report any issues.
  • Data logging and archiving to track production efficiency.
  • Manage stock levels to meet production demands.
  • Work closely with the Lab Department to maintain product quality.
  • Supervise goods in/out, including loading/unloading road tankers and operating forklifts.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in chemical processing is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
