My client is seeking a skilled and motivatedDay Electricianto join our dynamic team our site in Essex. If you're passionate about electrical systems, problem-solving, and making a real impact in an industrial environment, wed love to hear from you!

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Electrical Installations & Maintenance:Support site operations with electrical installations and ensure the smooth running of electrical supplies.
  • System Troubleshooting:Diagnose and repair malfunctioning apparatus, including LV circuits, 3-phase motors, and industrial control systems.
  • Safety Leadership:Maintain a strong focus on safety for yourself and others, adhering to our rigorous standards.
  • Equipment Management:Read and interpret electrical drawings to maintain and troubleshoot systems effectively.
  • Bonus Opportunities:Knowledge of building MCC panels is a plus!

What Were Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Qualifications:
    • 18th Edition Certification (BS7671:2018).
    • NVQ Level 3 in Electro Technical Services or a BTEC National Certificate in Electrical Engineering.
    • (Optional but advantageous) City & Guilds Electrical qualifications.
  • Skills & Experience:
    • At least 1 year of hands-on electrical experience in an industrial setting.
    • Solid understanding of PLCs, 3-phase motors, and fault-finding techniques.
    • Familiarity with electrical drawings and testing equipment.
