Success Recruit are currently working with a premium business in the Travel & Hospitality sector, with offices based in Thurrock. They are currently seeking a Product & Guest Experience Coordinator to join their growing, passionate team.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Product & Guest Experience Manager, and liaise regularly with a broad team of Crew, Operations, Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Customer Service professional / Administrator looking to take their next step and seeking long-term career progression.

The successful Product & Guest Experience Coordinator expectations:

  • Experience working within customer service - (a background in travel, hotels, or hospitality is highly desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Capable of working to deadlines and maintaining a high level of organisation
  • A confident, professional, and personable demeanour
  • Driving Licence required

Job Specification / Purpose of the role:

The Product & Guest Experience Coordinatorwill focus on the operational side of the business; ensuring seamless communication with internal teams and suppliers, to ultimately result in an incredible onboard experience for every guest.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and organisation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, varied work environment, and has a genuine passion for travel.

Duties to include but not limited to…

  • Working closely with the Product & Guest Experience Manager - developing & implementing the onboard product to ensure they follow brand guidelines and align with agreed standards
  • Providing day-to-day internal support and communication for the development / delivery of overall onboard guest experience
  • Handling department administration and document management
  • Liaising with the entertainment provider to assist with internal bookings of guest acts
  • Liaising with Marketing and Guest Services departments to ensure they have all the relevant information regarding onboard product offering, guests acts, and enrichment programmes
  • Liaising with the Design Team to assist with design requests for onboard product and brand materials (print and digital)
  • Assisting with coordination of themed onboard events
  • Ensuring company website information is continually up-to-date
  • Conducting regular market research on travel market trends to continually enhance the guest experience
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of onboard guest experience policies and processes to ensure they are adhered to and maintained
  • Handling purchasing, requisition, ordering, and delivery of onboard items

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm (office based 3 days a week, with 2 days from home). Flexibility to work an occasional Saturday or Sunday is a requirement.

Salary: Circa £25K (DOE)
