I am recruiting for a dedicated HR Business Partner to work closely with my Client’s business units, understanding the organisation's strategy and goals, and developing effective people solutions. This role requires a deep appreciation of people demographics, organisational culture, and a commitment to enhancing business performance through strategic HR interventions.
Job Description:
- Partner with assigned business units to develop and align the direction and culture with the organisation's overall HR strategy.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership Teams to create a people plan that supports business growth, change, and risk mitigation.
- Influence organisational design and use of people through job analysis, job redesign, restructuring, redeployment, training/development, and performance management processes.
- Enhance HR best practices and service offerings within the business to drive efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Implement effective performance management and talent processes to prepare the business for future challenges.
- Coach and mentor managers in the application of HR policies, procedures, frameworks, and employment legislation.
- Provide management information, detailed analysis, and trends to support business decisions and report to the HR Director for executive reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar HR role.
- Demonstrable leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to influence senior leaders and suggest innovative ideas for organisational improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation.
- Ability to develop proactive, pragmatic HR solutions and manage conflicting priorities under pressure.
- Ownership of results, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Creative thinking with the ability to drive and manage new ideas to support the company's vision and goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project management and change management.
- Professional HR qualification or equivalent experience.
