Stock AdministratorThurrockHours: 40 hours per week, working on a rotating shift pattern: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm Monday to FridayPay Rate: £13 per hour.Role Summary:Reporting to the Stock Control Manager, the Stock Administrator will play a crucial role in managing incoming and outgoing stock, supporting stock processes, and ensuring smooth logistical operations.Key Responsibilities:" Collaborate with a small team to manage stock efficiently." Understand and support the delivery process and stock demand." Monitor incoming emails related to stock changes." Oversee stock movements between depots." Process daily transfers and pick sheets for the warehouse." Create delivery and customer collection notes." Manage customs and excise procedures." Support the Stock Team Leader in day-to-day operations." Reconcile stock using SAP." Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets.Experience & Skills:" IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office (experience with SAP is preferred)." Previous administrative experience in logistics or warehousing is desirable." Strong team player with excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels."
