The office, located in West Thurrock, Essex, is home to a small, close-knit team of professionals passionate about what they do.

We are looking for a Town Planner to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their career, eager to gain hands-on experience in the world of town planning with a focus on holiday park development.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·Assist in preparing and submitting planning applications for new and existing holiday park developments.
·Conduct research and analysis on local and national planning policies and regulations.
·Support senior planners with site appraisals and feasibility studies.
·Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth planning processes.
·Contribute to the design and implementation of sustainable development strategies.
 
What We're Looking For:
·A relevant degree in Town Planning, Urban Studies, Geography, or a related field.
·A passion for the leisure and tourism sector, with an interest in holiday park development.
·Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
·Eagerness to learn and develop within a supportive environment.
·Some knowledge of UK planning regulations would be advantageous, though not essential.
