Location: Thurrock
Salary: £23,000 - £28,000

Reed Legal are looking to recruit a Paralegal that possesses experience in either Conveyancing or Property Litigation on the behalf of a Property Management company based in Thurrock. See below for key details…
Duties
- Assisting with dispute resolution related to property law and procedures.
- Managing a substantial and varied caseload.
- Implementing and enforcing internal policies.
- Collaborating with insurance brokers and evaluating internal provisions for cases.
- Developing and enhancing legal processes for debt recovery and tenancy agreements.
- Providing preliminary advice and guidance to management on cases, including preparing letters and documents.
Experience
- Possesses at least 2 years experience within Property Litigation or Conveyancing
- Will consider candidates that have worked in house or in private practice
- Law degree ideal
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with your team
