ROK Kitchens are a contract kitchen manufacturer, specialising in high quality bespoke kitchens to national housebuilders across London and the South East.
We are a fast-paced, passionate company looking for Service and Logistics Coordinator to join our friendly and energetic team. You will work within our operations team at our modern office in Orsett, Essex (RM16) this is a varied role, incorporating all aspect of the operations side of the business, including deliveries, purchasing, production and customer service. Training provided for the right applicant.
Main Duties:
- Customer Service booking appointments for rectification of any kitchen defects
- Ordering furniture items and liaising with our production team regarding availability
- Purchasing Appliances ordering and stock control
- Logistics Raising delivery paperwork, organising deliveries liasing with our transport department/warehouse team as required
- Installation ordering replacement item and provide support role to our field-based installation team
- Production producing factory paperwork, dealing with queries and support to the production team.
