Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate work effectively to ensure smooth operations, adhere to KPIs for major contracts
  • Monitor overweight vehicle reports and take necessary actions
  • Ensure accurate charging for additional work
  • Conduct thorough debriefs with drivers
  • Uphold defect reporting and rectification procedures
  • Ensure all end-of-day checks are completed
  • Manage planned transactions and reconcile transfer station loads
  • Download tachographs and address any infringements
  • Manage OCRS scores and driver performance
  • Conduct driver meetings and identify training needs, manage complaints and queries
  • Oversee driver recruitment and conduct annual appraisals
  • Manage vehicle maintenance, servicing and defects with precision, arrange hire vehicles when required
  • Complete accident/incident forms and challenge PCNs
  • Visit and communicate with service agents
  • Ensure compliance with O Licence regulations and promote our FORS accreditation
