Warehouse & Operations Coordinator
West Thurrock, EssexFull time, Permanent positionSalary: Up to £35,000 per annumHours: 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday's
Please note: Own transport is essential due to the location of the Company.
We are looking for a confident Operations Coordinator that has 3PL Warehouse Distribution experience predominantly focused with supporting the Warehouse Managers with all compliance, HMRC, WMS entries, Systems maintenance, running Dashboard reports using Excel, optimising daily operations as well as duties below:
- Manage internal Compliance Systems and complete all associated administrative duties
- Optimise daily operations
- Reduce process inefficiencies
- General Admin support & data entry duties
- Automated reporting dashboards using Excel
- Real time performance tracking
- SHEQ experience would be desirable
- WMS experience is essential (There will be roll out of a new WMS in the near future)
- Analysing of Data internally / Problem solving & Issue resolution relating to WMS
- Support with multiple set-ups
- Inputting of data onto our Client's warehouse internal computerised system
- Cross over roles warehouse system administration
- Experienced on systems/IT side of warehousing, so WMS experience but working knowledge/experience of all operations within a fulfilment third party warehouse
- Warehouse system administration and set ups and the warehouse operations/quality etc.
- Management of Warehouse and Customer specific KPI’s and SLA’s
