If so, we want you to join our client’s team as a Field Technician! Location: Essex/Kent/ East LondonSalary: Competitive Role OverviewAs a Field Technician, you’ll provide expert technical support to our service operations within the region, using your specialist knowledge across a wide range of lift equipment. You will be the go-to person for resolving technical challenges, ensuring service targets are met, and training the service team on best practices. You will also participate in the standby roster, helping keep our clients’ lifts running smoothly. Your role will be vital in maintaining high service standards, meeting contractual obligations, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. What We’re Looking For
  • NVQ Level 3 (minimum) and completion of at least three LEIA units.
  • Extensive knowledge of lift systems.
  • Strong understanding of control systems and diagnostics.
  • Ability to break down issues and create action plans for resolution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems.
