We are seeking an organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Headteacher in delivering our vision.

Role Overview:
As the Personal Assistant to the Headteacher, you will play a crucial role in the efficient running of the college. You will be responsible for managing the Headteacher's schedule, coordinating communications, and ensuring that the daily operations of the office run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Headteacher's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist in the coordination of college events and initiatives.
  • Support the Headteacher in project management and follow-up tasks.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
