About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Mathematics to join our growing department in Grays. Our school is OFSTED rated "Good" and we are looking for a committed individual to contribute to the success of our students in Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4). This is a full-time position, with a January 2025 start.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.

- Monitor, assess, and provide feedback on student progress, ensuring every student is supported to reach their potential.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues within the department to share best practices and contribute to the development of schemes of work.

- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student enthusiasm and success in Maths.

- Participate in whole-school activities and extracurricular opportunities.

Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

- Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 levels.

- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Mathematics.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to motivate and inspire students of varying abilities.

- A commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement.
