Job Title: Care Worker
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Worker to join our team in a temporary assignment. As a Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to adults in a social care setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to adults in need
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Support individuals with mobility and cognitive needs
- Promote independence, dignity, and well-being of service users
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements
- Experience in care work or a related field
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Willingness to undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check

Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (desirable)
- QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care (desirable)
- Other relevant qualifications or training in care work

Working Details
- Hours: 22.5 hours per week
- Shifts: Various shifts between 07:00 and 23:00
- Duration: Temporary assignment from March 17, 2025, to June 9, 2025
