Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 + commission, OTE £45,000 - £60,000

Assistant Manager Position Overview: Seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll lead a team, maintain store standards, and assist customers in finding their perfect pieces.

Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Support Store Manager in daily operations, sales, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate sales team to achieve targets.
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
- Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues professionally.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail management experience, preferably in furniture.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for interior design and sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
