Salary: 60,000 + (Negotiable depending on experience)
Hours: - Mon - Fri 9am -17:30 - Hybrid

Procurement Manager Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager who specialises in the European and Domestic Road Freight market to drive our sourcing strategies, optimize our supplier relationships, and enhance our procurement processes. This role is crucial for ensuring that we continue to deliver high-quality, cost-effective logistics solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for European and domestic road freight services.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with key suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and service levels.
- Monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand operational needs and improve supply chain efficiency's.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Analyze data to track procurement performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in procurement management, specifically within the EU road freight sector.
- Experience working in the freight forwarding industry
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent analytically and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in supply chain management or a related field.
