Do you have experience in Grounds Maintenance / Management looking to step into a supervisory role through individualised training and progression with a nationally-renowned business?

This company have been rapidly expanding within the Residential Parks industry and now operate over 90 high-end and bespoke parks across the UK. As a result of their recent success they are now looking to onboard a new supervisor.
In this role you will be travelling to various sites across the UK ensuring the sites are maintained to the highest standard. You will be directly responsible for the management of their maintenance team alongside various other contractual tasks.
This role would suit someone with Grounds Maintenance / Maintenance experience who wants to step off the tools and move into a leadership role within a continually growing business offering a great package.
The Role:
- Supervision for a large team of maintenance engineers at multiple sites.
- Overseeing the contract / project management tasks.
- Home-based roles travelling to different sites across South of England.
The Person:
- Experienced in Grounds Maintenance.
- Supervisory / Management experienced preferred.
- Looking for an autonomous position with progression.
