Due to the ongoing success, they are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our dedicated team and contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse.
Job Description:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and organised functioning of our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Expertly packing and labelling mixed colours into containers, adhering to quality standards, and ensuring accuracy.
- Printing product labels accurately to maintain product identification and traceability.
- Assisting with both incoming and outgoing goods, including stock management and organization within the warehouse.
- Carefully packing goods for delivery, ensuring they are well-protected during transit.
- Willingness to undertake various warehouse-related tasks as required to support our dynamic operation.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a warehouse operations role
- Enthusiastic and motivated, always ready to take on new challenges.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying circumstances, including changes in tasks and priorities.
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively, with or without supervision (Training will be provided).
- Proficiency in basic computer tasks, such as printing labels, and a willingness to learn (Training will be provided).
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills to maintain accurate records and perform essential tasks.
- Reliability, punctuality, and good timekeeping to ensure the smooth running of warehouse operations.
Job Benefits
- Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (dependent on experience)
- Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:00
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
