Job Description:

Hawkes Resourcing Group is seeking a motivated and dependable MIG Welder Fabricator to join our team for a full-time, permanent position in Grays. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and willing to work collaboratively to complete various projects, specifically within the industrial roller blind manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:

Fabricating and welding sheet metal components for industrial roller blinds.
Operating and maintaining MIG welding equipment.
Working from technical drawings and specifications to complete projects accurately.
Ensuring all work meets the required safety and quality standards.
Assisting with other tasks as required within the manufacturing process.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in MIG welding and metal fabrication is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Willingness to learn and take on new roles within the industrial sector.
