On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a Junior Contracts Manager to commence work ASAP.

Our client is an established and fast growing business with the capacity and the expertise to run multiple projects ranging between 50K and 1M. Theyprovidecomplete management services, incorporating new build, extensions, structural and refurbishment and repair works. As a premier building contractor theyaim to deliver high specification projects within the commercial and domestic markets regardless of scale and complexity.

What will the role entail?

  • You will be responsible for up to 10 projects at any one time - all being the refurbishment of residentialproperties
  • Control of labour and material orders
  • Liaising with site managers to ensure projects are running to program
  • Reporting back to the senior management team with progress reports
  • Attending weekly allocation meetings

To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

  • Proof of right to work in the UK
  • Previousexperience within the construction industry (preferably site supervision ormanagement)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft programmes
  • A can do attitude as projects will need to be turned around quickly
