Client is on the lookout for 2 x Permanent Quantity Surveyor positions within the business.
This will be predominately office-based role with the surveyor managing 2-3 projects at any given time. The individual will have a lot of autonomy in their day to day running and will be able to decide on site visits as and when suits. Due to the above arrangement, their preference is for QS’s to be based within a commutable distance of our office in Market Harborough (Leicestershire). The candidate must be a highly motivated, positive, problem solver who has strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to ‘dip in and out’ of the detail, as required.
The projects are typically steel frame industrial / commercial schemes, and the values can range from £5-15M. My client work nationally, so there also needs to be the acceptance that the project may not always be close to home.
