Junior Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Support the Regional Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Assist in analysing market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
- Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions regarding sales strategies.
- Previous experience in a sales role is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
