About The Role:
You will be responsible for promoting available temporary job roles to candidates and the placement of current vacancies utilising various media. The registration of new candidates, obtaining references, ensuring legislative compliance and endorsing relevant candidates to the account management team. Assisting with search, selection and booking of registered candidates through our own database and maintaining KPIs in respect of completion of assignments for our clients. The role is vital to our organisation and the advancement of our company via the support of the account management team in meeting our clients expectations.
Main duties:
- Promoting company job vacancies
- Implementig the clients Recruitment blueprint throughout your work
- Advocacy and motivation of temporary candidates
- Using social media to promote vacancies
- Assisting in planning and provision of forthcoming assignments
- Achieving your own personal targets set by the board, support and assist account management team in order to exceed company and individual targets.
Knowledge, training skills and qualifications required:
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Good Networking Skills
- Strong telephone manner and presentation skills
- Knowledge of working to KPIs
- Experience of calculating efficiencies (ratios) and monitoring business performance
- Confident and assertive personality

- Be analytical and methodical in your approach to problems
- Must be highly organised with sound administration skills
Accountabilities:
- Learning the Recruitment Industry
- Understanding the clients Portfolio
- Responsible to customers, directors, and colleagues.
- Responsible for personally demonstrating, implementing and maintaining high standards of professionalism throughout your role
- Liaising with sales and account management team in relation to current, availability of candidates
- Liaising with, and delegating on behalf of the resourcing team to assist search and selection process at whatever time is necessary.
- Understand current and future legislation that can/will impact the organisation
Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:
- To not already hold a Recruitment Consultant Qualification at level 3 or above
- To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
- To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria
