A leading Gastro Pub is now recruiting for a highly experienced Restaurant Manager to join their prestigious venue. This amazing Fine Dining restaurant is extremely elegant and stylish and is known for their multiple AA award winning food, exceptional service and a team that exceeds every guest's expectations.
As Restaurant Manager you will:
Lead, train and motivate staff
Work closely with the management team and Head Chef
Delivery of exceptional service at all times
Ensure effective communication occurs throughout the team and between all departments.
The successful Restaurant Manager will have at least 4 years experience as an Assistant Manager/Supervisory role or have experience managing a similar style business. You will also have an exceptional knowledge of fine foods and fine wines, be passionate, career driven and a focused manager who is accountable for ensuring a professional and high quality standard of service is maintained in the restaurant at all times. As Restaurant Manager you will be a hands on professional that is capable of building strong relationships with both staff and guests.
Previous Rosette experience is preferred, however this outstanding venue will accept candidates that have been trained to a high standard.
