MC Technical Recruitment are currently seeking to recruit an experienced AD Plant Manager / Operations Manager / Site Manager, to join a leading organisation in the Anaerobic Digestion sector, based at their site in Attleborough.
As the Plant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily operations
- Managing & developing a small multi-skilled team
- Implementing SOPs, maintenance schedules, etc.
- Ensuring health & safety is adhered to at all times
- Environmental auditing and ensuring operations within site permits
- Site project improvements and upgrades
- Other duties as required
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- Experience as a Plant Manager / Site Manager on an AD process plant / gas to grid
- HNC/HND or apprenticeship in engineering/process related subject
- WAMITAB COTC level 4 desired
- Experience working within the AD/Biogas sector (or similar wastewater, water treatment, Energy from Waste, CHP, etc.)
- Project management experience is desirable

The package on offer includes an attractive basic salary £55,000 to £65,000 (depending on experience), plus company benefits.
