I am looking for a Joiner Multi Trade to work for a social housing provider in the Grantham area on a 3-6 month contract on the voids team. The role is 21 per hour and comes with a van and fuel card from day 1.

The Joiner Multi Trade will be doing:

Repair works in empty council properties
2nd fix joinery work such as kitchen fitting, door hanging and general repairs
2nd fix plumbing
Finishing skills like patch plastering, tiling and painting & decorating

The right Joiner Multi Trade will need:

Experience doing property maintenance
Ideally NVQ or City and Guild qualification in Joinery
UK driving license
Own tools

In return the Joiner Multi Trade will get:

3-6 month contract with potential for permanent role
21 per hour paid weekly
Company van and fuel card
