Job Role

Our client, located near St Neots, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented machine operative to join their growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to meet production targets
• Conduct quality checks on products
• Package finished products
• Ensure materials used are accurate and meet specifications
• Follow production processes according to instructions
• Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot and assemble machinery
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

 Person Specification

• Experience operating machinery (training provided)
• Self-motivated and able to maintain high levels of accuracy
• Commitment to producing high-quality work
• Excellent team player and able to work independently
• Previous printing experience is a plus
• Comply with all health and safety policies
• Strong communication skills

Hours of Work and Pay

• Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm
• Salary: Up to £28,000 - £30,000, depending on experience
