Permanent position for Production Operatives to work for our customer based near Doncaster/Goole.

Due to continued growth and success, our client has open vacancies for several candidates with manufacturing and Production experience.

Working on a rotational continental shift with a very attractive salary.

Duties of a production Operative

  • Operate plant and machinery equipment to ensure the manufacture of products meets established quality standards.
  • Monitor and report on production metrics to ensure that productions targets are met.
  • Make recommendations to machinery or operational processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Uphold and maintain high standards of housekeeping standards consistently.
  • Foster and maintain a safe and healthy work atmosphere with colleagues, practicing safe and responsible behaviours at all times.
  • Utilise all machinery in compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
  • Handle the reception and storage of raw materials necessary for manufacturing as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of production as required.
  • To play an active part in initiatives to improve the business, including making suggestions, contributing to improvement projects and supporting new initiatives suggested by your colleagues.
  • Adhere to the designated shift schedule as a collaborative member of the production team.
  • Adhere to the company's policies, procedures and protocols, to ensure the highest quality standards for all our products and services.
  • Drive results by setting ambitious goals, measuring progress, and continuously improving.
