Exciting Opportunity for Counterbalance and Reach Truck Forklift Drivers!
Join our client's dynamic team as a Counterbalance and Reach Truck Driver and enjoy the convenience of a Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm shift, with an attractive pay rate of 12.12 per hour. If you have a VNA license as well, the pay rate increases to 12.47 per hour. Our client is located in the NN4 Northampton, Brackmills area and is seeking dedicated individuals to join their growing team.

Location:Northampton, Brackmills
Shift Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
Pay Rate:
- 12.12 per hour with Counterbalance and Reach Truck license
- 12.47 per hour if also holding a VNA license
- Overtime paid at 1.5x over 40 hours from Monday to Friday

Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licenses and relevant experience (accredited and in-date licenses).
- VNA license (optional but preferred for higher pay rate).
- Proven track record of operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime if required.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Counterbalance and Reach Truck Forklifts to efficiently load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
- Safely stack, palletize, and organize products to maximize space utilization.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections, perform maintenance checks, and report any issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets.
