Irish Payroll Specialist

JGA are seeking a Irish Payroll Specialist for our global client to join their Payroll team working on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end Irish payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with Irish revenue and employment legislation.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring employee data is current and correct.
- Calculate and process statutory payments such as PAYE, PRSI, USC, BIK, pension contributions, and other deductions.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate and timely reflection of new hires, leavers, and employee changes.
- Respond to payroll-related queries from employees, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Stay up to date with changes to payroll legislation and advise the business on any impacts
- Previous experience processing payrolls for the Republic of Ireland is essential
- Strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and compliance requirements
- IPASS qualification is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage
- Ability to manage end-to-end payroll processes accurately and efficiently
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a small payroll team
