Supply Desk is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Mentor to join a school near Great Kingshill. If you're keen to make a positive impact and help students develop essential life skills, this role is for you.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or group support to students who require additional behavioural guidance
  • Work closely with teaching staff to develop tailored support plans
  • Encourage positive behaviour and emotional development in students
