Part Time Sales Administrator 

20 Hours a week , office based, either 1PM -5PM or 12PM-4PM (Monday -Friday)

Permanent role  -  £12.60 per hour , increases after probation to £13.35 per hour

Milton Keynes

Our Milton Keynes based Client is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator on a Part time basis (you must be able to work a Friday).  You will be part of small friendly team and duties will include :

  • Processing customer orders using SAP and related purchase orders, within company SLA's
  • Liaising with the warehouse and supplies to ensure all deliveries are made on time 
  • Send Samples overseas
  • Run Management reports 
  • Process all Sales Invoicing and investigate any customer queries related to orders and invoicing, following through to completion raising credits where necessary.
  • Other admin duties to support the business as directed by he Commercial Services Manager

The right candidate will have a positive attitude, great attention to detail, ability to retain lots of information and juggle a busy workload.  Previous order processing experience and ideally SAP
