Electro-mechanical Assembly / Test Technician / Elec-mech Fitter / Testing

Hours -  Non-shift - 4 day working  - Monday – Thursday with some flex on start finish  (Friday's off)

They currently have an opportunity for an Assembly & Test Technician to work as part of a friendly team environment.

As Assembly & Test Technician you will be responsible for:

  • Assembling / electro-mechanical fitting, testing and fault-finding electro-mechanical and other precision mechanisms
  • Fault-finding / working with a range of test equipment including oscilloscopes, Multimeters etc.
  • Test to a high standard, working from the company Quality Standards Manual

The ideal candidate will be a motivated Assembly and Test Technician / Test Engineer, ideally HNC+ qualified or with previous experience of product testing in an electro-mechanical manufacturing / engineering environment

  • Used to working in a low volume environment testing electro-mechanical assemblies
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings (including schematics)
