Berry Recruitment is actively seeking an experienced Head of Legal Practice/Conveyancer to join one of our clients team. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from 70,000 to 100,000 per annum, along with attractive benefits. The position is fully remote, with occasional office visits during the initial month.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients, stakeholders, and agents.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the team to develop growth strategies for the department.
  • Conveyancing Oversight: Supervise conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, and residential transactions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and support the team in day-to-day operations.

Experience Required:

  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership experience.
  • Complex Transactions: Previous experience handling complex transactions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Must have at least three years of experience as a Conveyancer.
