Job Description:
An exciting opportunity for an Electronics Engineer to join a team specializing in laboratory testing and assembling data acquisition controller board assemblies and modules. This role involves working with both new and legacy products within a well-established company in the test equipment technology sector.

Department: PCB Test - Reporting to the Service Manager

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficient in reading electronics schematics.
  • Familiarity with I/O systems.
  • Hands-on experience with analogue and digital electronics.
  • Testing and stock management of individual PCBs upon supplier receipt.
  • Assembly and testing of data acquisition modules as per work orders.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Experience in electronic fault finding.
  • Skilled in using electronic test equipment (e.g., DVM, oscilloscope, process calibrator).
  • Understanding of QA reporting and maintaining test records.
  • Ability to develop and refine build and test procedures.
  • Experience with soldering and surface-mount technology.
  • Capability to design and produce test equipment.
  • Familiarity with 3D printing (advantageous but not essential).

Job Details:
