About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MIG Welder to join our team. The primary focus of this role is welding mild steel pipe-to-pipe tacking using an orbit rotator. If you have a solid background in MIG welding and experience working with mild steel, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality MIG welding on mild steel pipes.
- Pipe-to-pipe tacking using an orbit rotator.
- Ensure all welds meet company and industry standards.
- Inspect and maintain welding equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in MIG welding, specifically with mild steel.
- Experience with pipe-to-pipe tacking and orbit rotators.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
