General Manager – Buckinghamshire - £45k Term time only – Independent Education
We are recruiting for a General Manager to join this fantastic contractor. You will be managing the catering for an outstanding, independent day school contract.

About the role:
You will be catering for roughly 350 across this beautiful day school with an established team of 8. There is limited hospitality and no boarders on site which means the role is in conducive to a strong work life balance, Mondy-Friday and term time only. To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in high-end Contract catering, ideally within independent schools in a management capacity.
Ideal General Manager:
- Experience in Contract Catering ideally in independent schools or B&I
- Financial understanding and P&L management along with experience developing budgets
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Proven experience developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience
- Most of all, you will need to be a real foodie!
