Our client is a fast paced privately owned technology sourcing company with a main focus on enabling sustainability for their partners. Based in modern offices in Great Missenden the company have grown from 1 employee to 60+ with 5 facilities across Europe and Africa in just 4 years, all thanks to the rise of the multi-billion pound pre-owned technology market. They are actively seeking an enthusiastic and competent Admin Assistant for the Operations Department.
Key Responsibilities for the Admin Assistant:
· Assisting Sales team with orders and order tracking
· Liaising with Procurement team to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped in a timely fashion
· Working with Operations (local and remote) to make sure product is shipped to customers on time
· Raising invoices in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
· Working with Sales team to return any faulty product from customers.
· Helping with any customer enquiries
· Assisting with global logistics requirements
· Pro-actively working through internal stock lists to sell additional product
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
· Pro-active, dynamic and self-starting
· Proficient in Excel
· Comfortable with pressurised sales environment
· Attention to detail
· Resilient and determined
· Technology / Mobile background preferred but not essential

This is full time position working Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.30. No remote working is available.
