Our client is a fast paced privately owned technology sourcing company with a main focus on enabling sustainability for their partners. Based in modern offices in Great Missenden the company have grown from 1 employee to 60+ with 5 facilities across Europe and Africa in just 4 years, all thanks to the rise of the multi-billion pound pre-owned technology market. They are actively seeking an enthusiastic and competent Admin Assistant for the Operations Department.
Key Responsibilities for the Admin Assistant:
Assisting Sales team with orders and order tracking
Liaising with Procurement team to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped in a timely fashion
Working with Operations (local and remote) to make sure product is shipped to customers on time
Raising invoices in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Working with Sales team to return any faulty product from customers.
Helping with any customer enquiries
Assisting with global logistics requirements
Pro-actively working through internal stock lists to sell additional product
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Pro-active, dynamic and self-starting
Proficient in Excel
Comfortable with pressurised sales environment
Attention to detail
Resilient and determined
Technology / Mobile background preferred but not essential
