Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Full Time/Part Time – Pay to Scale

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and encourage students to help them reach their full potential.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to assist in lesson planning and delivery.
• Promote and maintain the school’s positive behaviour policy to ensure a focused, productive learning environment.
• Adapt support for students with diverse learning needs, including those with additional educational requirements.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A current, valid DBS check, or the willingness to obtain one.
• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• The ability to provide at least two years’ worth of professional references.
• Experience supporting Key Stage 1 & 2 students is preferred.
• Reliable transport to commute to and from High Wycombe.
