Location: Great Oxendon, Market Harborough
Salary: £16.82 per hour, plus 10% performance-based bonus paid quarterly
Hours: Full-Time, 7am-7pm

  • Oversee care plans, ensuring they are completed and evaluated within required timescales.
  • Manage medication processes, including audits, timely ordering, and ensuring compliance with handling procedures.
  • Promote person-centred care planning and ensure all practices align with safeguarding standards.
