Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end manual payroll processing for a diverse workforce, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
  • Utilize strong Excel skills to perform payroll calculations, data analysis, and create insightful reports.
  • Oversee and prepare payroll reconciliations, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved.
  • Provide guidance and support to a junior staff member, fostering their development within the team.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll and reporting operations.
What We're Looking For:
  • Demonstrable experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
