Are you an experienced Payroll Specialist looking for your next challenge? Join our dynamic team and take on a pivotal role in managing payroll operations with a strong emphasis on accuracy, reporting, and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end manual payroll processing for a diverse workforce, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
- Utilize strong Excel skills to perform payroll calculations, data analysis, and create insightful reports.
- Oversee and prepare payroll reconciliations, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved.
- Provide guidance and support to a junior staff member, fostering their development within the team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll and reporting operations.
- Demonstrable experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Strong attention to detail, with a track record of accurate reporting.
- Prior experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is desirable.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a hybrid working environment.
