Basic salary up to £35,000 with OTE's of £80,000 + within year 1

- Basic salary of up to £35,000 with earnings of £80K +

Key responsibilities
Business Development: You will be working a full 360 desk, therefore bringing on new clients and vacancies regularly is a large part of the role. Although we have a very reputable and established brand, are very well known and work with huge names in the industry
Client Relationship Building: Having a genuine desire to better the situations of your clients and candidates, to be a people person and understand what people are looking for
Candidate attraction: Source candidates through various means, screen candidates, format CV's, create jobadvertisements, arrange interviews and manage the full recruitment process.
