We are partnered with a growing business situated in Great Yarmouth on the search for an Accounts Assistant on a full time permanent basis.
In this role as Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Inputting and maintaining accurate purchase ledgers
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliations
- Banking and supplier payments
- Processing of expenses and invoices
- Provide administrative support for the department manager when needed
- Resolving purchase order issues with department buyers
- Setting up supplier payments upon authorisation from buyers
- Raising of sales orders in SAGE Intacct (training provided)
This is a full time role, fully office based in Great Yarmouth. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 6-12 months experience in a similar role. Experience using Sage Intacct would be preferred but not essential.
On offer is an annual salary of £25,000 per annum (potentially flexible on the salary depending on experience) plus benefits. Study support potentially offered if required.
