Site Support Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Support Administrator to join our client, a successful and dynamic Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company, based in Great Yarmouth.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity, based in Great Yarmouth.

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday 08:00 to 16:30

Fridays - 08:00 to 15:30

39 hours per week

The Site Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all incoming external and internal calls are dealt with in an efficient, professional, and timely manner.
  • Greeting visitors and contractors on arrival and dealing with other enquiries at reception.
  • Assisting with staff matters on site including issuing PPE and arranging staff events.
  • Processing personnel documents such as Annual Leave Request Forms and logging these onto our inhouse system, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
  • Completing and processing purchase orders as required and actioning order requests on the Electronic Resource Planning System (IFS).
  • Preparing accurate paperwork and dispatch of finished goods, bulks, contact plates and other samples to external laboratories.
  • Supporting other departments on site in a variety of clerical and administrative tasks within a timely manner, to aid in the smooth running of the site.

Person Specification:

  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Have a good standard of personal presentation.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Can prioritise their own workload
  • It is desirable that the candidate has an intermediate level of skill in both Word & Excel.
